Steps

A couple of days I decided to make a huge step and decided to get rid of the little blade that I used to cut. I don’t need it anymore. Hopefully I will never return to self harming again.

  1. Good for you. Keep up the good work! I remember the day I got rid of my “druggist address book”. I realized that from now on, I was going forward instead of just maintaining. it made me feel strong. I hope you feel the same way.
