  1. Self sabotage is a pretty common thing. If you don’t believe you deserve to be happy, we find a ways to mess it up. I have done it, I think everyone has at some point. Silly that we don’t think we deserve to be happy? If we don’t then who will? Thanks for the thoughts.

    • I think in self sabotage we don’t really care about happiness – I know for a fact that part of me still doesn’t and I don’t know if it ever will to be honest. It’s hard to control that part and to allow the rest of me to overpower it though. A lot of the times, that part that makes you feel so worthless is so loud and overpowering that it’s easy to listen to it.
