      • Try to get out of your own head. I know it’s hard but if you can: listen to uplifting/encouraging music, read a fantasy/suspenseful fiction book to get your mind off things, watch your favorite movie, call a close friend or family member who can make you laugh without trying, having a venting session with a friend or your journal (if a friend is not available). Those are some of the things that help me.
